Reclamation

Our products take a long journey. We try to check every product carefully, but sometimes something can go wrong without being noticed right away. In addition, many of the products are already packed upon delivery and it is impossible to check it completely. We do our best to deliver your orders correctly and without damage, for this we also depend on the diligence of our carriers.

Should there be any breakage/damage, defect or incorrect delivery (too much, too little or not delivered) we would like to hear about it within 2 working days after receipt. For this we would like to receive a picture of the delivered goods and packing slip. You can send these to our customer service.
